Document description

The European Court of Justice judgement on the Test-Achats case will end gender-specific pricing in the EU. This workshop will:

  • review the background to the judgment
  • present the current position for UK legislation
  • present the working party’s findings on the impact so far – and the future impact – of the judgment on UK life insurers.
