• objectives of the internal model
• satisfying the Financial Services Authority's pre-application process qualifying criteria and IMAP experiences to date
• internal model solution and the need to balance BAU with a new world
• lessons learnt from the challenges to date
• how best to meet the challenges that lie ahead.
