Discussion paper: conflicts of interest

In this paper, we seek the views of interested parties, including users of actuarial advice and regulators as well as actuaries themselves, to assist us in understanding the extent of the problems conflicts of interest can cause and in determining what would be the most effective method of delivering further regulation, guidance or support on the subject to supplement the relevant provisions of the Actuaries’ Code.
