F01: Developments in reverse stress testing

In 2010 the Financial Services Authority introduced a requirement for fi rms to implement a Reverse Stress Testing (RST) framework to improve the understanding and actions which may help to mitigate the failure of the business model. This session will focus on developments in RST across the industry over the course of 2010 and 2011, including the definitions of business model failure and the range of management actions which are being considered in the event of business failure within the RST exercises.
