This AP Standard is for members of the Profession appointed by managing agents to provide actuarial opinions required by the International Insurers Department of the National Association of Insurance Commissioners or by the New York Insurance Department for Lloyd’s syndicates writing relevant US insurance or reinsurance business.  In earlier versions of this Standard, it was known as GN33.
