Incentive exercises for pensions. A code of good practice

This voluntary Code of Good Practice has been produced by an Industry Working Group, set up to seek to ensure that Incentive Exercies are undertaken in line with good practice principles.  A Steering Group was also set up to provide direction to this work as required.  In addition a Wider Industry Forum was established to review work and provide comments and assistance.
