Plenary 2: Opportunities and challenges in a changing world

David Nish will give an overview of the current market, including a brief assessment of the past and a summary of where we currently are.  Looking to the future, David will outline the challenges ahead, including regulation, consumer issues and the economy.  As well as outlining the challenges, David will give us insight into where the industry is moving and hence the opportunities for us all.
