Document description

Models seem to mislead us as often as they help us. And we seem to find the simple logic and mathematics of probability unexpectedly hard. Perhaps this is because they are not as useful to us as those of us who are good at building models and calculating probabilities would like to think? This talk explores the strengths, and weaknesses, of what we all like to call rational decision making.
