About the Institute and Faculty of Actuaries' eShop
- We sell publications issued by the Institute and Faculty of Actuaries and titles by external publishers. We also sell calculators approved for use in the profession's examinations;
- All items for sale on our website are referred to as 'Products' on this page and in our eShop Terms and Conditions;
- The eShop is able to negotiate discounts for many of its Products and these savings are passed on to customers. We also promote a "Book of the Month" with an additional discount;
- Please note: The Institute and Faculty of Actuaries does not endorse any of the Products and Product ratings are for guidance only.
How to order
- If you wish to browse but do not wish to make a purchase online, you can buy all Products by contacting the Publications Shop at Napier House, Oxford, OX1 2AW, telephoning us on +44 (0)1865 268206 or sending an email to publications@actuaries.org.uk;
- Please read through our eShop Terms and Conditions before placing an order;
- Cheques should be made payable to Actuarial Resources;
- We accept all major credit and debit cards, but we do not accept American Express;

- If your order cannot be delivered to the address that you have provided, it will be returned to the Publications Shop. The full additional cost of re-sending it will be payable by the customer.
- Orders are normally sent out on the working day after the order has been placed. Overseas orders are sent by courier and arrive within a few days.
