Base mortality tables produced by the CMI
These pages have been set up in order to make freely available in one place all of the base mortality tables that have been produced by the CMI and officially adopted by the Institute and Faculty of Actuaries.
|
Note that tables issued after 1 March 2013 are only available to organisations that subscribe to the CMI. |
While every effort has been made to ensure their accuracy, this cannot be guaranteed and neither the CMI nor the Institute and Faculty of Actuaries accepts any responsibility for their use in practice.
It is the responsibility of any actuary or other person using any of these mortality tables to ensure that it is appropriate for the particular purpose to which it is put.
The mortality tables are provided in Excel format and values of qx are given. For further information please refer to the original publication document for the particular table. These tables are provided as a courtesy, and the CMI cannot provide any advice on their interpretation or use.
These tables are all contained in the software package CMI Tables Program (STP) which calculates a range of mortality and monetary functions, incorporating mortality projections where relevant. For further information on the STP, including cost, please contact info@cmilimited.co.uk.
