Promoting a career as an actuary

The Institute and Faculty of Actuaries (IFoA) actively promotes a career as an actuary in many ways
What we do
Host the annual Actuarial Careers Open Evening at Staple Inn Hall, London Each year in October we open Staple Inn Hall so that students can meet an actuary, network with our members and find out from employers what the employment market is currently doing
Attend university careers fairs We send actuaries and lots of lovely freebies to university careers fairs up and down the country to promote becoming an actuary to students
Go along to schools and colleges to give talks Actuaries regularly get along to schools to give a talk and hand out guides on becoming an actuary.  Would you like someone to come to your event?
