Scottish regional actuarial activity

It works closely with the Institute and Faculty of Actuaries (IFoA) to raise the profile of actuaries and the profession within Scotland.

There are three main centres of actuarial activity in Scotland with events held in Edinburgh, Glasgow and Stirling

In addition to sessional events and other IFoA-organised events, there are a number of local events which members can attend, including those organised by Our Changing Future (OCF) and Knowledge Sharing Scotland (KSS).  Students are encouraged to come to these events, but there are also events organised by the two student societies, FASS (based in Edinburgh) and GASS (based in Glasgow).
