1 June 2017
As a student member you may need to record your Professional Skills Training (PST) in your online CPD record.
- Did you join the IFoA before 1 July 2006?
- Did you join after 1 July 2006, and have you already taken the Professional Skills Course?
If you answer ‘Yes’ to either of these questions you need to do two hours of Stage 3 Professional Skills Training (PST) by 30 June 2017.
By 31 July you must formally record this training in your online CPD record.
If you fail to record your CPD by the deadline you will be granted an extension to 30 September 2017, upon payment of an administration fee. This extension allows for late recording of your activities only, and not for late completion of the requirements.
You may be asked to provide evidence of the activities you have completed for your Stage 3 Professional Skills Training CPD. You should therefore keep your own detailed record of the training that you undertake and retain this evidence for two years afterwards.
Remember, you only have until 30 June 2017 to complete your activities for the 2016/2017 CPD year
