Consultation: Cross Practice Standard on Actuarial Quality and Peer Review

The Institute and Faculty of Actuaries has launched a consultation on Actuarial Quality and Peer Review.
The proposals introduce a mandatory Actuarial Profession Standard (APS) and a supporting Peer Review Guide in relation to the application of peer review to actuarial work.

The Institute and Faculty of Actuaries (IFoA) is pleased to announce that, on 7 November 2013, the Privy Council granted formal approval to the amendments to the IFoA's Bye-laws, which are required to introduce the new membership categories associated with the Certified Actuarial Analyst qualification.
