Following the conclusion of the investigation, a Case Manager and Investigation Actuary will create a Case Report which contains a statement of the relevant facts.
The member against whom the allegation of misconduct has been made (the Respondent) will then have the opportunity to comment on that Report. The matter will then be considered by one of the following Disciplinary Panels:
