The 2021 member survey opens on 16 November. Every member of the IFoA will receive an email from membersurvey@actuaries.org.uk with a unique link to take you to the survey.
We want to hear if you have liked the recent changes to your membership and how we can help you to meet the professional challenges that the next few years hold for you.
We undertake a full-length member survey only once every three years. Since the last such survey, in 2018, we’ve listened to your feedback and made many changes to enhance your IFoA membership, from freezing membership fees and making online events free to access, to redesigning CPD to focus on your professional needs.
IFoA past-president, John Taylor, said:
“I made listening to the membership one of the major themes of my presidency back in 2019. Since then, the IFoA has embedded this practice of listening to the members and made many improvements to membership.
“But IFoA needs to keep improving – and to do that we need to keep providing feedback. So please take the opportunity offered by the survey to tell IFoA what you’ve made of recent changes and what you want from your professional body in future.”
