This Working Party is now disbanded, but was created to review the comparisons of the causes of death by broad classification since 1993
Key Objectives:
To investigate cause of death, broken down by;
- broad classifications over all age groups
- age bands - particularly changes since 1993 for each age band - in absolute terms
- to consider how mortality at each band varies by socio-economic class or by employment status
- consider how mortality at each band compares with other developed countries.
Outputs:
- Presentation at Life Conference 2014.
