Gavin Giles is a Consultant and Scheme Actuary at BBS Consultants and Actuaries Limited. Gavin has worked in the pensions industry for 14 years and has previously worked for Aon, Mercer and Towers Watson. His experience involves providing pensions advice to Trustees and Corporates in respect of company pension schemes ranging in size from very small arrangements to multi-billion pound schemes. Away from work and the Bristol Actuarial Society, Gavin’s time is primarily taken up by limiting and rectifying the devastation caused by his two young children.
