Gayle has been the secretary to the Channel Islands Actuarial Association since July 2013 and has been a CIAA committee member since 2007.
Gayle became a Fellow of the Institute and Faculty of Actuaries in 2013 and works for BWCI Consulting Limited in their Pensions Consultancy team advising a range of Channel Islands, Isle of Man and UK clients on employee benefits issues.
