Notice is hereby given that the ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING of the INSTITUTE AND FACULTY OF ACTUARIES will be held at Staple Inn Hall, High Holborn, London on Thursday 23 June 2016 at 4.30 pm, BST (preceded by tea from 4.00 pm) and followed by a PRESIDENTIAL ADDRESS given by Colin Wilson.
Agenda
1. To receive and consider the Report of the Council for the Session 2015/2016.
2. To receive and consider the financial statements of the Institute and Faculty of Actuaries for the past financial year.
3. To appoint as auditors, haysmacintyre, for the forthcoming year.
4. To authorise Council to set the auditors’ remuneration.
5. To announce the result of the elections of Council members.
6. To present certificates to recently-elected Honorary Fellows.
7. The President, Fiona Morrison, to give an address.
8. To install the new President, Colin Wilson.
