Jagjit holds the position of Professor and Chair in Money and Banking at the Department of Economics at the University of Kent. He is an adviser to the Treasury Select Committee, Bank of England and other policy making institutions. Jagjit’s interests lie in macroeconomics with a focus on monetary issues.
