The speaker, Fiona Burrough, works at the IFoA as a Case Manager for disciplinary investigations, but is also involved in regulatory projects. She is a solicitor and her background is in the charity sector and criminal defence.
This session provides a walk through of the Disciplinary Scheme, outlining the key aspects of the process. We will also look at an important volunteering role within the process and some case studies.
