After periods in life insurance, health & care, reinsurance and consultancy, Neil came home to roost in the IFoA some 14 years ago. He is straddling a few branches of the IFoA tree at the moment and his focus during this talk will be on eggs which are forever hatching on the professionalism front.

Following roles in academia and life insurance, Neil Hilary qualified as an actuary in 1981. Since then he has practised in reinsurance (life and health) and in consultancy (building an insurance division).
