The Actuaries' Code require us, amongst other things, to perform our professional duties with competence, care and impartiality. However, there is a growing focus on the pitfalls arising from behavioural economics, cognitive bias and the effects of unwise crowds.

We will explore these pitfalls in a fun and interactive session that will be relevant whatever your field.
