Special celebration
2018 is a significant year for the IFoA, marking the 150th anniversary of the Faculty Royal Charter. In September 1868 the Faculty of Actuaries in Scotland received the first Royal Charter granted to an actuarial body.
To mark this special occasion we will be celebrating the achievements not only of our current volunteers but of all our volunteers, based in Scotland, from the last 150 years. If you are a member of the IFoA or have supported the IFoA as a volunteer (member or non-member) and you are going to be in Edinburgh on 10 October, please book your place and join us at this reception.
This is one in a series of our global volunteer recognition receptions which we will be holding in locations around the globe, during the 2018/2019 Sessional Year.
