Recognising and valuing the unique contribution which our members, volunteers and employees make to the Institute and Faculty of Actuaries (IFoA), the profession and society is fundamental in creating an inclusive environment

We also recognise that we have an important role to play in enabling change in the profession and supporting our members

As such we launched the first part of our Diversity Strategy in February 2016, which formalises our commitment to ensuring equality and diversity in the profession.

The strategy builds on the body of work initiated by Past President, Nick Salter, and includes our commitment to develop an annual Diversity Action Plan, against which we can measure and track our progress
