Appointments

The committee’s activities support the IFoA principles of diversity, equality, and inclusion. Independent decisions on regulatory appointments are made by the committee following a fair and transparent selection process, which includes:

  • advertising vacancies
  • conducting shortlisting exercises of applicants
  • conducting purpose-driven, time-bound interviews

All vacancies arising are advertised on our volunteer vacancies page. Lay volunteer roles can also be found on our vacancies page.
