Pensions and the Law is returning to the IFoA’s events programme this autumn. This is a one day conference providing an update for pension actuaries on current issues from a legal perspective.
This year we are working with the Association of Pension Lawyers to bring you speakers on a range of topical issues such as RPI/CPI pension increase switching, the Pension Regulator’s powers, the new General Data Protection Regulations, case law updates and more.
The seminar is suitable for actuaries of all levels of experience, both those advising trustees and employers and an opportunity to gain insights and information on new legal developments and specialist pensions related legal fields.
