The CMI has been reviewing its Mortality Projection Model and expects the next version, CMI_2016 (due to be published in March 2017) to differ from the current version.

The CMI has issued Working Paper 90 to describe the alternatives it is considering, and to seek the views of its users. This meeting, and a meeting in Edinburgh on 29 June, will provide an opportunity for discussion before responses to the formal consultation are due.
