The Third Party Working Party has extended its scope for 2018 to include analysis and insight into own damage claims.
We’re still focusing on personal motor accidents as this data is more homogenous and easier to acquire than commercial motor data. We’re gearing up for our GIRO workshop
(Wednesday 24 October, 11:10 -12:00) and have a good spread of familiar and new output for your entertainment.
The working party has held regular virtual meetings throughout the year which have been well attended and has welcomed a number of new members during 2018. In addition to GIRO the working party presented initial results at the GI Reserving seminar in June and is due to present to the Lloyds Market Association (LMA) (along with the PPO working party) on 8 November.
