The Institute and Faculty of Actuaries (IFoA) undertook a review in 2014/2015 of all governance documents to ensure they reflected current practice and regulatory requirements. Various proposed changes to the governance documents have subsequently been approved by Council at meetings in May and October 2014 and February 2016.

The changes to the Regulations approved by Council are now being shared with members before they take full effect on 20 April 2016.
