We want you to share your views in our 2019 Member Survey.
Lee Faulkner, our Council Member Value Proposition lead, explains how your views have already made an impact on your professional body and how you can continue to make your voice heard.
To make sure your professional body is delivering the support that you need to succeed in your career, whatever your career stage and wherever in the world you are, we need to hear from you.
Your feedback from our 2018 Member Survey provided incredibly valuable insight into the challenges and issues you face and what we could improve to deliver better value for your IFoA membership.
Council, along with our Boards and Working Groups, have listened to your views and have already begun to make changes in response to your feedback. From embedding the 2018 Member Survey findings in Council’s recent strategic review - ensuring we are focused on the areas that you have told us are the most important to you, reducing our subscription fees in June, and delivering additional support on data science - we are committed to making your views count.
While we continue to review the areas that you said were most important to you, including our fee structure, regulation and lifelong learning, we want to know how we are doing – are we moving in the right direction and delivering the support and value you need?
We want you to share your views in our 2019 Member Survey and tell us how we are currently performing. The short survey will let us know how useful you find your membership, how satisfied you are with our current membership offer and whether your IFoA membership is delivering value for you and whether this has improved since our 2018 Member Survey.
By letting us know how we are performing, we can refine our plans and direct our efforts to make sure we continue to make the improvements you need and support you more effectively.
