The Institute and Faculty of Actuaries (IFoA) has responded to the House of Lord’s Select Committee on the sustainability of the NHS. The IFoA states that in order to achieve long-term sustainability of the NHS and intergenerational fairness, those benefitting from longer lives and access to health and care services should contribute to the increased costs.
IFoA and Sunshine Insurance Group enter into ground breaking agreement on sponsorship of actuarial students

The Institute and Faculty of Actuaries (IFoA) has today (21 September) entered into an agreement with Sunshine Insurance Company for them to sponsor IFoA students at IFoA linked universities in China: the Central University of Finance and Economics and the University of International Business and Economics.
