CMI outputs are subject to terms and conditions (T&C) of use, of which there are two sets:
- Terms and conditions for subscribers. These terms govern the use of CMI Limited outputs by organisations that pay a subscription fee to CMI Limited
- Terms and conditions for academics. These terms govern the use of CMI Limited outputs for non-commercial purposes by academics and CMI Committee members (who are not required to pay a subscription fee).
The above terms for subscribers apply from 1 March 2024 to 28 February 2025.
We have produced a Guide for users that is intended to assist individuals working for a Subscriber to understand how they can – and how they should not – use CMI’s work.
Please note that separate terms and conditions govern the submission of data to the CMI; these are available under CMI data.
