The Life Office Taxation Working Party aims to keep abreast of new developments in the field of Life Office tax, to analyse their impact, and to educate and inform members of the profession who are not tax specialists regarding such developments and associated current issues
Whilst we cannot answer individual tax queries we do welcome all suggestions regarding potential areas of study and ways in which we can improve the effectiveness of our work. We must, of course, include a disclaimer! Key objectives:
- keep abreast of new developments in the area of Life Office Taxation
- keep the profession informed of developments in Life Office Taxation
- analyse the impact of such developments
- educate and inform members of the profession who are not tax specialists
- consider the implications of Life Office Taxation developments upon actuarial work.
